• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, please let us know.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes !(WE DO IN GERMANY)!. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  
• Please double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
